Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver orders placed at mjcronin.co.uk.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or severe weather.

3. Delivery costs

• Orders of £50 or more: free UK delivery

• Orders under £50: the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay

4. Carriers

We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. We choose the carrier based on parcel size, weight and destination.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

6. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@mjcronin.co.uk as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order is dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Remote and offshore areas

Some areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, may take longer to reach. We will contact you if we cannot deliver to your address.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe of 6–8 business days from the order date, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to trace your parcel and, if it is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

9. Damaged deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us with photos of the item and packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.

10. Sharp tools

Cutting tools are shipped with blade guards or protective packaging. Please take care when unpacking.
